SCOTTSDALE, AZ.– January 28, 2021 PointerTop, a company dedicated to creating software solutions that improve the productivity of its clients’ communications with their stakeholders, announced today it has appointed Carmen Orona as its Sales Director, LatAm overseeing the positioning of its CrozTop platform within Latin America, growing its sales pipeline and developing its distribution network. With nearly 20 years of experience in business development, sales execution, digital and IT transformation, and cloud & software solutions, Orona joins the leadership team at PointerTop and will lead the acceleration of sourcing Latin American businesses in need of robust digital sales and customer service.

Beginning her career in business management at IBM México, Orona has an accomplished career, including a number of executive positions within the leading technology and consulting company. Most recently as the Client Representative for Managed Services Providers and Systems Integrators at IBM México, she led its sales team for all IBM brands and business partners. In addition, she was responsible for the strategy implementation through innovation IBM offerings like IA, Security & Cloud Services. While there, she exceeded the assigned revenue quota and increased quarter to quarter sales profit and revenue by over twenty percent.

For example, PointerTop recently helped a Harley Davidson dealer in Mexico City continue to showcase its motorcycles and accessories via its website despite having to close its showroom due to Covid restrictions.
